POSTER CONTEST RULES

LIIIII INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF EXALTATION OF THE BOTILLO”.

RULES

1º.- All persons who wish to participate may do so.

2º.- The prize will be unique and will be endowed with 500 euros. Se le aplicará la deducción del IRPF.

3º – Each author may submit the number of works he/she considers appropriate, as long as they have not been awarded prizes prior to this edition.

4º.- All posters must be presented in digital format (PDF and JPG), (300 pixels), all disciplines being valid.

5º.- Poster text: LIII Festival Internacional de Exaltación del Botillo. Bembibre 07 February 2026, in addition to the seal of the City Council of Bembibre, the logo of the Festival del Botillo and the coats of arms of the Junta de Castilla y León, the Diputación Provincial de León and the Instituto Leonés de Cultura. The stamps and coats of arms are available on the Festival del Botillo website, at the following link: festivaldelbotillo.com/bases-concurso-de-carteles. In addition, the following inscription must appear at the bottom of the poster: “Fiesta de Interés Turístico Internacional” (Festival of International Tourist Interest).

6º.- Admission period: Until December 12, 2025 at 14:00 hours.

7º.- The decision of the contest will be made on December 16, 2025.

8º.- Works must be submitted on USB (they must be presented in a large sealed envelope, indicating the title of the poster and a pseudonym. Including in the same envelope, another smaller envelope with the title and pseudonym on the outside, enclosing inside the author’s details (name, address and telephone number).

9º.- Commitments of the winner: The winner of the contest commits to make different adaptations from its original design for the following supports:

– Gala Invitation (10×21)

– Website (3×2)

– Social Networks (1640x924px)

At the same time, the winner must deliver the poster in editable format for its adaptation to other possible supports by the organization.

9º BIS.- The winner authorizes the City Council of Bembibre to partially alter the design, exclusively with regard to stamps, coats of arms, logos and promotional material requested, according to the following criteria:

– Replace or modify existing logos.

– Withdraw logos that have been requested in these terms and conditions.

– Include new logos.

However, the author will be consulted in case he/she decides to do it himself/herself within a maximum period of 24 hours, in order to keep the best view of the artist.

10º.- The works will remain in the custody of the Patronato for 15 days. Once this period has elapsed, the works may be withdrawn within a maximum period of 15 days. If they are not withdrawn after this period, they will become the property of the Patronato Municipal de Fiestas, as well as the winning work.

11º.- The names of the members of the jury will be made known at the time the decision is issued, being this unappealable. The contest may be deemed null and void if the jury so determines.

12º.- Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these Rules.

13º.- The works will be sent or delivered to the third floor of the Town Hall of Bembibre (Araceli), Plaza Mayor nº 1. 24300 Bembibre (León).
