The Jornadas de Pinchos kick off with the challenge of consolidating their success
This Friday, February 14, begins the XIV Jornadas de Pinchos del Botillo that come preceded by the success of the previous edition. During two weekends and six days, thousands of visitors are expected to come to taste the ingenious gastronomic creations that each establishment will prepare, with their personal master touch, to contribute to the success of this initiative.
In 2024, the public turned out in a massive tour of the participating bars. It should not be forgotten that during the first weekend the restaurateurs reported the preparation of more than 8,000 tapas made with botillo and an estimated sales volume of close to 20,000 euros.
In this new edition, the hoteliers are ready to receive the attendees, although the schedule will be shorter: exclusively in the evenings, from 19:00 to 22:30.
On the other hand, there will be eleven participating establishments instead of the twelve that initially formalized their registration due to the cessation of activity of one of them.
Thus, the complete list, name of the skewer and price is as follows:
- Pulpeiro Restaurant: Botillo 2.5. Price: 2 euros.
- Pub Lorena: Sabores de la Morena. Price: 1,50 euros.
- Cafeteria Niagara: El torto. Price: 1 euro.
- Bar Central: I love you a churro. Price: 1,50 euros.
- Café Bar In Situ: Fajita de botillo. Price: 1,50 euros.
- Telepizza: Pizza carbonara of botillo. Price: 1,50 euros.
- The Office: Suspiros de botillo. Price: 1,50 euros.
- Cien Cepas: Delights of Bierzo. Price: 1,50 euros.
- Bar Divino: Mini rock & roll. Price: 1,50 euros.
- Cafeteria Bulevard: Trilogy of Bierzo. Price: 1,50 euros.
- La Garimba: Lollipop. Price: 1,50 euros.
The “Jornadas de Pinchos del Botillo” will take place during the weekends of February 14, 15 and 16, and February 21, 22 and 23, from 7 to 10.30 pm.
Those who complete the entire route and try the participating pinchos will be entered into a drawing for various gifts.
